In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise.

To be eligible to open and maintain an Account on the cmd77 Platform, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are acting as a private individual and not in a professional or commercial capacity on behalf of any third party.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are not a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, contractor, or close family member of cmd77 or any associated entity.
• You do not already hold another registered Account on the cmd77 Platform (whether active, suspended, or previously closed).
• You are registering and playing on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any other person.
• Your use of the Platform does not violate any applicable law or regulation in your country of residence.

cmd77 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by cmd77 may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your Account.

To access real-money games and betting markets on cmd77, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to update it promptly if any details change.

By submitting a registration application, you represent and warrant that:

• All information provided is true, accurate, current, and complete.
• You meet all eligibility criteria set out in Clause 2 above.
• You have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy.

Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. cmd77 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.

Identity Verification (KYC). cmd77 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit a government-issued photo identification document (such as a KTP, SIM, or passport), proof of address, and/or proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed or at any time that cmd77 deems appropriate for fraud-prevention purposes. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe will be restricted from withdrawals until verification is complete.

One Account Policy. Each individual person may hold exactly one Account on the Platform. If cmd77 discovers that a single individual holds more than one Account — whether through the same or different registration details, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — cmd77 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to void all associated balances, bonuses, and pending withdrawals without prior notice.

All financial transactions on the cmd77 Platform are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). cmd77 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not perform currency conversion on behalf of Players.

Supported Payment Channels. The following local payment methods are currently supported for both deposits and withdrawals, subject to individual channel availability at the time of transaction:

• Local bank transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia)
• E-wallet: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

cmd77 may add or remove supported payment channels at any time without prior notice. Up-to-date information on available channels is displayed on the deposit and withdrawal pages within your Account.

Deposits. Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. cmd77 does not accept deposits made by third parties on a Player's behalf. Deposits made from accounts belonging to another individual will be returned and the associated Account may be suspended pending investigation. Minimum deposit amounts per channel are displayed at the point of transaction. Deposits are generally credited to your Wallet in real time or within a few minutes of confirmation by the payment provider.

Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your cmd77 Account. You must have successfully completed KYC verification before your first withdrawal can be processed. cmd77 targets withdrawal processing within the timeframes published in the FAQ, but actual processing times may vary depending on the payment channel and volume of requests. Withdrawals will not be processed where an active wagering requirement on Bonus Funds remains outstanding.

Transaction Fees. cmd77 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, certain payment providers may apply their own fees independent of cmd77; players are responsible for any such third-party charges.

cmd77 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this clause.

• Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable Real Money Funds. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds, and time limit are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Game Contribution Rates. Different game types contribute at different rates toward fulfilling a wagering requirement. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino table games such as baccarat, blackjack, and roulette may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward bonus wagering. The specific contribution table for each promotion is published on the applicable promotion page.
• Maximum Bet Restriction. While a bonus wagering requirement is active, the maximum single-round bet or wager that may be placed using Bonus Funds is Rp 200.000 (or the equivalent as specified in the individual promotion). Placing bets above this limit during an active bonus may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Withdrawal Cap. Unless otherwise specified, winnings derived from free spins or no-deposit bonuses are subject to a maximum withdrawal cap as stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus Abuse. cmd77 actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk wagering strategies designed to meet a wagering requirement with minimal game exposure (e.g., placing opposing bets simultaneously), exploitation of system errors or loopholes, and the use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once. Where bonus abuse is detected, cmd77 reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and close the Account.
• Expiry. Bonuses that are not activated or wagered within the time period specified in the individual promotion terms will expire automatically and be removed from the Player's Wallet without replacement.

cmd77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted in to a promotion will be honoured under the terms in force at the time of opt-in, except in cases of misuse.

By using the cmd77 Platform to place bets or participate in casino games, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Final Results. The outcome of all casino games and betting markets is final once confirmed by the system. cmd77 will not reverse settled bets or game rounds except in cases of a verified technical error that materially affected the outcome.
• Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or platform error during a game round or live betting event, cmd77 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the staked amount to the Player's Wallet. No compensation for anticipated winnings will be paid in these circumstances.
• Sportsbook Rules. All sports bets placed on the cmd77 sportsbook are subject to the specific sport and market rules published in the Sportsbook Rules section of the Platform. In the event of a conflict between those rules and these Terms, the specific Sportsbook Rules take precedence for betting-related matters.
• Odds Changes. Pre-match and in-play odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet acceptance. The odds displayed at the moment of bet placement and confirmed in the bet receipt are the odds that will apply to the settled outcome of that bet.
• Mix Parlay. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets combine multiple selections into a single wager. A single void or cancelled selection within a parlay may reduce the bet to the remaining number of selections, as specified in the Sportsbook Rules. All other selections within the parlay must win for the bet to be paid.
• Prohibited Conduct. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension and potential legal action: use of automated betting software, bots, or scripts; collusion with other Players; exploitation of pricing errors or system vulnerabilities; any form of match-fixing or insider information betting.

cmd77 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform is intended solely as a form of adult entertainment, and we actively encourage Players to set personal limits and to seek help if gambling ceases to be enjoyable.

The following self-management tools are available to all registered Players directly from the Account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits — daily, weekly, and monthly caps on the total amount that may be deposited into your Wallet.
• Loss Limits — daily, weekly, and monthly caps on the net amount that may be lost across all games and betting markets.
• Session Timers — configurable time limits that trigger a notification or forced logout once a play session reaches the specified duration.
• Cool-Off Periods — a temporary restriction on access to real-money play, ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks, after which the Account is automatically restored.
• Self-Exclusion — a permanent or long-term exclusion from the Platform. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months. Players wishing to self-exclude should contact our support team directly.

All content on the cmd77 Platform — including but not limited to the cmd77 brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and underlying code — is the exclusive property of cmd77 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or display any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of cmd77.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Platform or its software.
• Use any content from the Platform for commercial purposes, including without limitation advertising, marketing, or data harvesting.
• Use any automated tool, spider, scraper, or bot to access the Platform or extract data from it.

Any use of cmd77 intellectual property beyond the scope of the limited licence above, without the prior written consent of cmd77, is strictly prohibited and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

cmd77 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

cmd77 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and fraud-prevention services where necessary to operate the Platform and comply with applicable legal obligations. All data transmission between your device and the Platform is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.

You have the right to request access to the personal data held about you, to request correction of inaccurate data, and to request deletion of your data where no legal obligation to retain it exists. Such requests should be directed to our support team at [email protected].

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cmd77 and its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including without limitation loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or personal injury — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or any other legal theory.

cmd77's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your cmd77 Account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

cmd77 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". cmd77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time without prior notice.

cmd77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's Account at any time and without prior notice if cmd77 reasonably determines that any of the following circumstances apply:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The Player has provided false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
• The Player has engaged in prohibited conduct as described in Clause 6.
• The Player's Account is subject to a court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request.
• cmd77 has reason to suspect money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity in connection with the Account.
• Continued operation of the Account would expose cmd77 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

Upon closure of an Account for a breach of these Terms, cmd77 reserves the right to void all Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds. Real Money Funds that cannot be linked to prohibited activity will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC or investigation process.

A Player who wishes to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting the cmd77 support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any outstanding Real Money balance will be returned to the Player after completion of standard verification checks.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law as applied by cmd77's licensing jurisdiction. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you irrevocably agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts designated by cmd77's licensing authority for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

Nothing in this clause prevents cmd77 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent or restrain any actual or threatened breach of these Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unenforceable, or contrary to applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of these Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving, to the greatest extent possible, the original intent of the parties.

cmd77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via a notification displayed upon login or by email to the address registered on the Account. Non-material clarifications or corrections may be made without specific notice.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 11.

The date of the most recent revision to these Terms is shown in the "Last updated" notice at the top of this page. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.
